Role & responsibilities

- Deliver high-quality lectures and practical sessions in assigned pharmacy subjects.
- Prepare course materials, lesson plans, question papers, and assignments.
- Guide and mentor students academically and professionally.
- Conduct internal assessments, viva, and practical exams.
- Evaluate student performance and maintain academic records.

Preferred candidate profile

Educational Qualification:

- B. Pharmacy and M. Pharmacy in relevant specialization (Pharmaceutics, Pharmacology, Pharmaceutical Chemistry, Pharmacognosy, Pharmacy Practice, etc.)

Skills Required:

- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Sound subject knowledge with teaching aptitude.
- Research and publication experience in reputed journals (preferred).
- Commitment to academic excellence and student development.

Other Requirements:

- Should meet the eligibility norms of PCI / Govt. of Odisha.
- A positive attitude, ethical conduct, and willingness to take initiative in academic and institutional growth.
