Position: Assistant Manager Planning

Location: Gurugram Office

Key Responsibilities (KRA)

- Demand Planning & Forecasting

- Develop accurate demand forecasts using historical data, market insights, and trends.

- Conduct regular forecast reviews and adjust plans in line with changing market dynamics.

Inventory

Management

- Maintain optimal stock levels by monitoring inventory turnover and safety stock requirements.

- Conduct regular stock audits and reconcile variances.

- Minimize excess inventory and reduce obsolescence.

- Analytics

- Track and report key performance indicators (KPIs) such as forecast accuracy, fill rate, and inventory carrying cost.

- Provide actionable insights to support strategic decisions.

Supply Chain

Coordination

- Collaborate with procurement, logistics, and production teams to synchronize demand and supply.





- Manage dispatch planning for monthly indents and promotional items.

- Cost Optimization

- Identify and implement opportunities for cost savings in procurement, transportation, and inventory management.

- MIS & Reporting

- Prepare and maintain MIS reports for the SCM department.

- Ensure timely and accurate data sharing for management reviews.

Must-Have Skills & Competencies

- Solid MS Excel and PowerPoint skills.

- Analytical mindset with ability to interpret data and drive insights.

- Good communication and coordination skills.

- Ability to work cross-functionally in a fast-paced environment.

Qualification

- B.Tech or MBA (Operations / Supply Chain / Analytics)
