About the Role

We are looking for an Assistant Operations Head who can take ownership of day-to-day operations and ensure smooth coordination across teams in a fast-paced influencer marketing agency. The role requires strong leadership, problem-solving, process management, and the ability to work closely with senior management.

Key Responsibilities

- Oversee daily operations and ensure smooth functioning across teams.
- Coordinate with Campaign, Influencer Marketing, Creative, HR, and Finance teams.
- Monitor team performance, productivity, and operational targets.
- Build and improve processes, SOPs, and workflows to increase efficiency.
- Track campaign and project timelines and ensure timely execution.
- Identify operational gaps and proactively resolve issues.
- Support the Operations Head in planning, decision-making, and team management.
- Prepare and maintain operational reports, MIS, and performance dashboards.




- Manage escalations and ensure effective communication between teams.
- Drive accountability and ensure teams meet deadlines and quality standards.
- Assist in resource planning, workload allocation, and capacity management.
- Work on process improvements and automation wherever possible.

What We’re Looking For

- 4–6 years of experience in operations, preferably in an influencer marketing, digital marketing, media, or agency environment .
- Strong leadership and people-management skills.
- Excellent communication and coordination abilities.
- Robust analytical and problem-solving mindset.
- Ability to multitask and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong understanding of operational processes, reporting, and team performance.
- Proficiency in Google Sheets/Excel and other productivity tools.
- High ownership, accountability, and attention to detail.
