WE ARE HIRING – ASSISTANT OPERATION MANAGER

Location: Rajkot

Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹30,000 per month

Qualification: MBA – Freshers & Experienced Both Can Apply

Timing: 11:00 AM – 8:00 PM

Week Off: Sunday

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

Monitor daily SOP compliance and retail operational activities.

Track staff attendance, grooming, uniforms, and punctuality.

Verify global stock counting and stock refilling activities.

Prepare and share Target vs Achievement, PVT, ATV, SBQ & Ranking Reports.

Monitor Google Reviews, customer data, and birthday call tracking.

Coordinate with stores, security agencies, and brand vendors.

Manage uniforms, ID cards, gate passes, alteration tags, and welcome kits.

Maintain IST tracking and operational Google Sheets.

Conduct staff interviews and support onboarding activities.





Train new Store Managers on Blue Club Universe Software.

Guide store staff on application usage and operational processes.

Attend meetings and ensure smooth coordination between Head Office and stores.

REQUIREMENTS

MBA Freshers are also welcome to apply!

Robust MS Excel & Google Sheets knowledge – Mandatory

Excellent communication and coordination skills.

Strong follow-up and problem-solving skills.

Ability to manage multiple stores and operational reports.

Good team management and coordination abilities.

Retail operations experience will be an advantage.
