Urgent Hiring Assistant Operations Manager

Location: Kakinada, Andhra Pradesh

Position: Assistant Operations Manager

Reporting To: Operations Manager / Regional Operations Head

Experience: 5–8 Years

Industry: Catering / Facility Management / Camp Operations / Oil & Gas Preferred Qualification & Experience

- Graduate in Hotel Management, Hospitality Management, Facility Management, or a related discipline.
- 5–8 years of relevant experience in catering, facility management, camp operations, industrial catering, or oil & gas support services.
- Experience in managing large teams and site operations will be preferred.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Good knowledge of MIS reporting and stakeholder management.
- Solid client-handling and problem-solving abilities.
- Candidates with experience in Oil & Gas / Industrial / Site Operations will be preferred.
- Candidates available to join immediately or at short notice will be preferred.
