Role Description The Assistant Marketing Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Pune District, supporting the planning and execution of marketing initiatives for the hotel group. This position is responsible for assisting in the development of marketing campaigns, coordinating with internal teams and external agencies, and ensuring brand consistency across all communication channels.

Daily tasks include monitoring market trends, analyzing campaign performance, preparing reports, and supporting digital and offline promotional activities. The role involves creating marketing collateral, managing social media and online reputation, organizing events and activations,



and collaborating with sales and operations to drive occupancy and revenue.

The Assistant Marketing

Manager also contributes to budget tracking, vendor coordination, and timely implementation of marketing plans in line with brand standards.

Qualifications

- Strong foundation in marketing and brand management, with the ability to support campaign planning, execution, and performance analysis.
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools and social media platforms, including content planning, basic analytics, and online reputation management.
- Skilled in written and verbal communication, with the ability to create clear, engaging marketing materials and coordinate with cross-functional teams.
- Good organizational and project management abilities, including attention to detail, time management, and vendor or agency coordination.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Hospitality Management, or a related field; postgraduate qualifications in marketing are an advantage.
- Experience in hospitality, travel, or service industries is preferred, with understanding of guest-centric marketing and brand experience.
- Comfort with basic data analysis, use of MS Office or similar tools, and preparation of marketing reports and presentations.
- Ability to work in office in Pune, maintain professional conduct, and collaborate effectively in a diverse, inclusive workplace.
