Science graduateDiploma in Electrical Electronics with 10 years experience in industrialInstitutional marketing.

Responsible for

Marketing of passive fire protection system including Safety paint, barriers, Fire barriers, doors etc. through presentations to consultants utilities, EPC contractors, Infra projects.

- Develop and execute annual and quarterly marketing strategies for passive fire protection products.
- Identify market opportunities, emerging trends, customer needs, and competitive threats.
- Develop go-to-market strategies for new products, systems, and applications.
- Support business growth through market segmentation and targeted marketing campaigns.
- Analytical ability with good oral and written communication skills essential. Permanent vacancy with expected association of five years. Must be willing to travel minimum 15 days in a month. Age 30 years.

Role & responsibilities :
- Create product brochures, technical literature, presentations, application guides, case studies, and sales-support materials.
- Communicate product benefits, technical advantages, certifications, and compliance requirements effectively.
- Work closely with technical/R&D; teams for recent product development and product improvement.




- Develop B2B lead-generation programs targeting architects, consultants, EPC companies, developers, contractors, MEP consultants, and industrial customers.
- Plan and execute digital and offline campaigns to generate qualified leads.
- Develop strategies for distributor/dealer and channel partner engagement.
- Identify new geographic and application markets for passive fire protection solutions.
- Support the sales team in converting marketing-generated leads into business opportunities.
- Build strong relationships with architects, fire consultants, structural consultants, MEP consultants, testing agencies, and industry associations.
- Organize technical seminars, webinars, product demonstrations, and specification meetings.
- Track relevant fire safety standards, codes, approvals, and certification requirements.
- Prepare regular competitor and market intelligence reports.

Preferred candidate profile :
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related discipline.
- 10 years of relevant B2B marketing experience, preferably in passive fire protection, fire safety, construction materials, specialty chemicals.
- Experience working with architects, consultants, contractors, developers, or industrial customers is preferred.
