We are looking for an experienced skilled to join our team as an Assistant Manager (AM) – GDS Ticketing(Travel)

? Key Requirements:

- Graduate in any discipline
- 5–7 years of relevant experience in ticketing
- Hands-on expertise in GDS systems such as GDS and Amadeus
- Strong knowledge of airline ticketing, fare rules, and reservations
- Ability to work in rotational shifts
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills along with international voice non voice

- Team Handling, Performance review, operational Metrics, Attrition Management, SLA adherence, Escalation handling experience is must

? Role Overview:





- Manage end-to-end ticketing operations
- Handle complex itineraries and escalations
- Ensure accuracy and compliance with airline policies
- Support team performance and operational efficiency
