Role Description The Assistant Manager Test Operations role is a full-time, on-site position based in Bengaluru North. This role is responsible for overseeing end-to-end test operations, including planning, scheduling, and coordinating online and offline assessments.

The Assistant

Manager will manage test execution processes, monitor operational performance, and ensure adherence to quality, security, and compliance standards. Day-to-day tasks include collaborating with academic and product teams, resolving operational issues, maintaining documentation and reports, and optimizing workflows for efficiency. The role also involves stakeholder communication,



supporting process improvements, and contributing to scalable testing strategies aligned with Unacademy’s educational goals.

Qualifications

- Strong operational and project management abilities, including planning, coordination, and process optimization for test or exam operations.
- Analytical and problem-solving skills, with experience in using data, dashboards, or reports to track performance and drive improvements.
- Proficiency in using productivity and collaboration tools (e.g., spreadsheets, documentation tools, task management platforms).
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and external partners.
- High attention to detail and commitment to maintaining quality, security, and compliance in testing and evaluation processes.
- Ability to work in a rapid-paced environment, manage multiple priorities, and take ownership of outcomes.
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline; a background in operations, education, management, or related fields is an advantage.
- Prior experience in test operations, examination management, EdTech, or educational services is highly beneficial.
