- Source candidates through job portals, social media, employee referrals, campus recruitment, and professional networks.

- Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess candidate suitability.

- Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers and stakeholders.

- Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle from job posting to onboarding.

- Maintain candidate databases and ensure accurate recruitment documentation.

- Negotiate salary packages and prepare offer letters.

- Conduct background verification and reference checks.

- Build and maintain a robust talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.

- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.

- Track recruitment metrics such as time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, and quality of hire.

- Stay updated on recruitment trends, labor market conditions,



and employment laws.

- Support employer branding initiatives and participate in job fairs and recruitment events.

Required Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree with Master of Business Management in HR

- 2–5 years of experience in Talent Acquisition or Recruitment.

- Knowledge of recruitment tools, ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems), and job portals.

- Strong understanding of sourcing techniques and interview methodologies.

- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

- Strong organizational and time management abilities.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
