Qualification: Bachelor's degree in Marketing / Business Administration / Healthcare Management or related field.

Experience: Relevent experience in Pediatric & IVF

1. Pediatric Marketing:

- Develop and execute marketing strategies to increase pediatric patient footfall and referrals.
- Establish and maintain relationships with pediatricians, general practitioners, maternity hospitals, clinics and other healthcare professionals.
- Develop new referral networks and strengthen existing doctor relationships.
- Conduct regular doctor/clinic visits and referral meetings.
- Promote pediatric services including OPD, pediatric emergency, PICU, vaccination, newborn care and other pediatric specialties.
- Organize and coordinate health camps, pediatric awareness programs, school health programs and community outreach activities.
- Develop corporate, school and institutional tie-ups for pediatric healthcare initiatives.
- Generate and follow up on leads and referrals.
- Coordinate with pediatric consultants, nursing teams, front office and other departments to ensure smooth patient handling.
- Study competitor activities and identify new business opportunities.
- Maintain accurate records of doctor visits, referrals, leads, patient footfall and conversions.
- Prepare daily/weekly/monthly marketing reports.
- Achieve assigned patient acquisition and revenue targets.
- Support branding, promotional campaigns and outreach activities for assigned Ovum branches.

1. IVF Marketing:





- Develop and implement marketing strategies to increase IVF and fertility patient footfall.
- Build and maintain solid relationships with gynecologists, fertility specialists, general practitioners and referral doctors.
- Identify and develop new referral channels and business opportunities.
- Conduct regular doctor visits, hospital/clinic visits and referral meetings.
- Promote IVF, fertility and related women's healthcare services through appropriate marketing activities.
- Coordinate and participate in health camps, awareness programs, fertility seminars and outreach activities.
- Generate leads through corporate tie-ups, community programs and local outreach.
- Follow up on leads and referrals and coordinate with the internal team for conversion.
- Monitor competitor activities, market trends and referral potential in the assigned territory.
- Work closely with the IVF clinical and front-office teams to improve patient experience and conversion.
- Maintain daily/weekly/monthly reports on visits, leads, referrals and conversions.
- Achieve assigned patient acquisition and revenue targets.
- Support branding and promotional activities across assigned Ovum branches.
