Experience: Proven work experience of 6 to 8 years preferably in Fashion & Retail.

Qualification: Graduate / MBA

Job Descriptions:

1. Merchandising planning for EBO Stores

2. New Season Launch - Merchandise Plan

3. Weekly store wise current stock allocation and replenishment

4. Co-ordination with warehouse for stock dispatches and new stock GRN post sharing transfer orders

5. Follow up with RTV process at the end of every season or within the season

6. Season wise store base stock working

7. Daily, Weekly & Monthly report ie. Sell thru analysis, Top & Bottom sellers, Net week cover analysis etc.

8. Frequent Store Visits.

Functional Skills:

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including proven resolution skills.

- Proficient with Microsoft Office or related software.

- Organize and prioritize work to meet deadlines.

- Work effectively under pressure and/or stringent schedule and produce accurate results.

- Work as a team member as well as independently, exercising judgment and initiative.

- Maintain an effective working relationship with employees, and others encountered in the course of employment.
