Position -Assistant Manager/Quality Manager(Real Estate)

Experience - 10-15 yrs in Real Estate

Education - A Bachelor s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field is Mandatory.

Location- Thane, Vikhroli, Kurla (Mumbai)

Salary Range:- 12 to 15 LPA

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Quality Manager/Assistant Manager to join our team in Mumbai. The ideal candidate will be responsible for implementing and maintaining quality management systems, ensuring compliance in construction processes, and managing a team to uphold high standards of quality.

Key Responsibilities

1. Develop, implement, and manage standard operating procedures (SOPs) for quality assurance in construction processes.
2. Conduct regular quality inspections to ensure adherence to set standards.
3. Manage a team of quality control professionals to ensure high standards of quality are maintained.
4. Check the quality of materials used in construction and address any quality-related issues promptly.
5. Prepare and present quality reports for all projects, highlighting any areas of concern.
6. Liaise with the construction team to address and resolve any quality-related issues.
7. Utilize ERP software for productive management and reporting.

Qualifications:
1.



A Bachelor s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field is mandatory.
2. Proven experience in implementing and managing quality management systems.
3. Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage a team effectively.
4. Excellent attention to detail to identify any deviations from set quality standards.
5. Experience with ERP software will be considered an added advantage.
