Help non-profits turn training into impact. Prakarsha Academy is a non-profit dedicated to capacity building for the social sector — we're looking for a proactive, people-first Project Management professional to help our partner non-profits translate classroom learning into real, on-the-ground project outcomes.

About the Role

You'll be the bridge between our training programs and the non-profits who use them. That means coordinating closely with participants as they apply new concepts and tools to their own projects, tracking progress, and building lasting relationships with partner organizations along the way.

What You'll Do

Program Coordination & Support

- Provide ongoing support to non-profit staff enrolled in our training programs
- Track participant progress across workshops and assignments
- Ensure program milestones are met on time

Mentoring, Follow-up & Review

- Follow up with participants on workshop assignments and deliverables
- Understand each non-profit's context to help them apply workshop learnings effectively
- Maintain accurate records of participant progress and performance

Participant Engagement & Mobilization

- Mobilize participants for workshops, sessions, and program activities
- Maintain consistent, proactive communication with participants




- Address queries and provide day-to-day coordination support

Field Visits & Relationship Building

- Visit partner non-profits to understand their work and challenges
- Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders
- Capture insights and feedback to continuously improve program delivery

What You Bring

- 1–2 years of experience in project coordination, program management, or a similar role
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to speak Kannada and English languages
- Ability to build trust and rapport with diverse stakeholders
- Basic understanding of the non-profit sector (preferred)
- Willingness to travel for field visits

- Self-driven, with the ability to juggle multiple priorities
- Comfortable working in dynamic, field-based environments
