 Job Location : Bhiwadi Rajasthan

 Salary Budget : 6 to 7 LPA

Job Purpose To independently manage Production Planning, Material Planning, Inventory, WIP, FG and Dispatch Planning, ensuring optimum capacity utilization, smooth production flow,

minimum inventory and achievement of customer OTD targets.

Key Responsibilities

 Prepare 4 Weeks Tentative & 1 Week Firm Dispatch Plan based on customer requirements.

 Release 2 Weeks Firm RM/BOP Plan as per BOM and ensure material availability at Stores.

 Prepare day-wise and line-wise production plans considering capacity, manpower,

variants and material availability.

 Ensure daily updation of SO & AFG and adherence to dispatch priorities.

 Control RM/BOP, WIP and FG inventory through defined Minimum & Maximum

Stock Levels.

 Coordinate with Purchase, Stores, Production, Quality, Packing, Sales and

Dispatch for smooth execution.

 Ensure Daily Customer OTD and take corrective action against delays and shortages.

 Monitor production status, capacity utilization and schedule adherence.

 Identify bottlenecks, production/material shortages and issue Dispatch Loss Reports for unresolved issues.

 Ensure No Overproduction of non-required parts to eliminate HOLD inventory and cost wastage.

 Support domestic and export planning, shipment schedules and dispatch commitments.





 Lead daily PPC review meetings and drive closure of critical issues.

 Support NPD, process improvement, capacity enhancement and Lean/Kaizen initiatives.

 Develop and maintain effective PPC systems, MIS and planning dashboards.

 Independently handle PPC operations with strong ownership and accountability.

Candidate Profile

 Minimum 12–15 years of experience, with at least 10 years independently handling PPC.

 Strong experience in automotive assembly / multi-model production planning and capacity calculation.

 Exposure to fabrication, sheet metal, plastic, rubber, fasteners, bought-outs and powder coating preferred.

 Experience in OEM / Tier-1 / Auto Ancillary companies preferred.

 Strong knowledge of BOM, MRP, ERP, Capacity Planning, WIP and Inventory

Control.

 Experience in Domestic & Export Planning will be an advantage.

 Strong leadership, teamwork, discipline, ownership and problem-solving skills.

 Must demonstrate calm behaviour under pressure, valuable anger/frustration management and professional communication.

 Good attendance, employment stability and flexibility to support urgent business requirements.

 Reference/feedback from minimum 5 previous colleagues/reporting stakeholders should be verifiable.
