- Days Inventory Outstanding (DIO) Calculation & Gap Analysis.
- Operations Data & Report Management.
- Inventory Ageing 90+, 180+ & 365+ Days.
- RM Inventory Segment & Commodity level Liquidation summary.
- Commitment vs Act Inventory Projection monitoring.
- SAP system generated Inventory RM & FG stock monitoring.
- Performance analysis weekly, monthly, quarterly & Annually of all BU.
- KPI monitoring: Target setting, Evaluation & Analysis on Improvement scope WM (66), CR (112), WH (43) & TV (40).
- Weekly Inventory Meeting & MOM Tracking.
- Business Plan Implementation & Cross-Functional Collaboration. Div.- WH, CR, WM, TV & SOI.
- Management Reporting prepare and deliver timely, consolidated data reports to management, ensuring accuracy and alignment with business objectives.
- Knowledge of Financial statement.

Understanding of Gross Margin & Material Margin.
