Role & responsibilities -

We are currently seeking a proactive and experienced Electrinics engineer responsible for soldering process to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for optimizing soldering, GLue dispensing processes, maintaining soldering & Glueing process, and addressing breakdowns to ensure efficient and reliable operation.

Preferred candidate profile -

- Optimize soldering & Glueing processes to achieve the highest quality parts, maximum efficiency, and productivity.
- Conduct experiments, trials, and analyses to identify and implement process improvements, including soldering parameter, oven temperature selection, correct glueing dispnsing process.
- Collaborate with design and manufacturing teams to develop new machining techniques and applications for various materials and components.
- Develop and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) for S&G; processes, including setup procedures, and preventive maintenance schedules.




- Perform routine maintenance tasks on S&G; machines, including cleaning, lubrication and inspection, to ensure optimal performance and longevity.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot issues with S&G; machines, including mechanical, electrical, and control system problems, and implement timely solutions to minimize downtime.
- Coordinate with external vendors or service providers for specialized maintenance or repairs beyond in-house capabilities.
- Document maintenance activities, machine status, and repair history to track performance metrics and identify areas for improvement.
- Train and mentor junior technicians or operators on S&G; machining processes, maintenance procedures, and troubleshooting techniques.
- Stay updated on the latest advancements in S&G; technology, and best practices through continuous learning and career development.
