Role Overview

NimbusPost is an advanced tech-enabled shipping platform that bridges the transparency gap in logistics by bringing all courier partners onto one platform, helping sellers pick the best option for their needs. As an Offline Sales Executive, you will drive market expansion by acquiring B2C and D2C clients, building alliances with brands, and managing the full sales cycle from prospecting to onboarding.

Key Responsibilities

- Devise a roadmap for expansion by onboarding B2C clients.
- Focus on increasing market distribution and cultivating relationships through the sales cycle and beyond.
- Focus on building new business, increasing customer loyalty, and forging robust relationships with external clients.
- Build alliances with brands, particularly B2C clients.
- Handle queries on business association and facilitate onboarding.
- Plan the business model in order to succeed and reduce operational cost.
- Generate leads and prospect via cold calling/outreach, social media, networking, events, etc. Manage outbound leads,



prospect, and create a sales pipeline.
- Build and maintain relationships with clients, influence long-term strategic direction, and be a trusted solution partner.
- Conduct platform demonstrations.
- Develop customized solutions based on an in-depth understanding of the client’s requirements and our technology platform.
- Focus on acquiring the right type of customers by building a pipeline and closing large-value clients.

What We’re Looking For

- Proven experience in the logistics or eCommerce industry with seller acquisition in the D2C category.
- Ability to drive key business targets directly within the team and among other key stakeholders.
- Excellent communication skills with dynamic decision-making abilities in a high-paced, high-growth, delivery-oriented environment.
- Enthusiastic, engaged, proactive, and creative team player both within the technology team and the rest of the business.
- Empathetic, with strong communication abilities.
