- Responsible for driving automobile international business focused on 2W and 3W and allied business growth across assigned global markets by developing distributor networks, expanding market presence, managing sales operations, and executing market-specific business strategies. Acts as the primary liaison between international channel partners and internal cross-functional teams to ensure sustainable business growth, customer satisfaction, and operational excellence.

- Key Responsibilities
- • Business Development
- Identify, evaluate, and develop recent international markets and distribution partners for business opportunity.
- •Conduct market research on industry trends, competitor activities, customer behaviour, pricing, and regulatory requirements.
- Formulate country-specific go-to-market strategies (potential business) and commercial agreements to achieve revenue and market share with respect to the countrys objectives.
- • Distributor & Channel Management
- Build, develop, and manage long-term relationships with international distributors in automobile 2W and 3W and allied business.
- Evaluate distributor performance through KPIs, sales targets, inventory management, and profitability analysis.




- Develop annual business plans jointly with distributors, including sales forecasts, marketing initiatives, manpower planning, network expansion, launch of new products, and manpower trainings.
- • Sales Planning & Commercial Management
- Monitor sales performance against targets and recommend corrective actions.
- Manage commercial negotiations including pricing, product mix, promotional schemes, and contract execution.
- • Stakeholder Management
- Serve as the primary point of contact for international customers.
- Conduct regular business reviews with distributors and senior management.
- Build relationships with government authorities, financial institutions, and strategic partners where required.
- Represent the organization during international business meetings, conferences, and customer visits.
- • Internal Stakeholders
- Coordination with logistics team to ensure order execution happens on time.
- Coordination with the finance team to ensure fund collection plans are achieved.
- Coordinating with after-sales team to ensure that any bottle-necks in spare part business and customer complaints to be resolved immediately.
- To report core management in terms of overall business operation (sales, service, spare parts, network expansion plan, competitor feedbacks, product feedbacks and expansion opportunities)
