1. Metal Inventory Management

· Manage daily inventory of metals.

· Ensure accurate issue and receipt of metals to and from production departments.

· Monitor metal movement throughout the production process.

· Coordinate and ensure smooth flow of materials throughout production.

· Ensure complete traceability of metals.

· Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies.

2. Raw Material Inventory

· Monitor inventory levels of alloys, precious Metals and production materials.

· Ensure timely availability of materials for production.

· Maintain minimum and maximum stock levels.

· Coordinate with the Purchase Department for replenishment.

3. Work-in-Progress (WIP) Control

· Monitor WIP inventory across production departments.

· Track movement of materials between departments.

· Prepare daily WIP reports.

4. Finished Goods Inventory

· Monitor finished goods inventory before dispatch.

· Coordinate with Dispatch regarding product availability.

· Ensure proper identification and storage of finished goods.

· Maintain accurate stock records.

5. Stock Verification & Reconciliation

· Conduct daily, weekly, and monthly stock verification.

· Reconcile physical inventory with ERP records.





· Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies.

· Maintain inventory reconciliation reports.

· Ensure inventory accuracy of 99.99%

6. ERP Transactions

· Ensure timely entry of inventory transactions in the ERP system.

· Verify issue, receipt, transfer, return, and adjustment entries.

· Coordinate with the ERP Coordinator for inventory-related corrections.

· Maintain accurate inventory records in the ERP.

7. Audit & Compliance

· Support internal, external, and RJC audits.

· Maintain inventory records as per company procedures.

· Ensure compliance with inventory control policies.

· Maintain complete documentation for inventory transactions.

8. Team Management

· Supervise inventory staff.

· Allocate work and monitor daily activities.

· Train employees on inventory procedures and ERP transactions.

· Ensure adherence to inventory SOPs.
