Job Profile
- Candidate will be responsible for managing end-to-end Plant HR Operations and employee-related activities.
- Candidate will be responsible for ensuring compliance with statutory requirements and labour laws.
- Candidate will be responsible for handling Contract Labour Management, including attendance, compliance and coordination.
- Candidate will be responsible for liaising with Government Authorities and statutory bodies.
- Candidate will be responsible for maintaining and monitoring statutory registers, records and required documentation.
- Candidate will be responsible for handling labour-related issues, employee grievances and disciplinary matters.
- Candidate will be responsible for coordinating with internal departments and external agencies for smooth HR operations.
- Candidate will be responsible for supporting audits,
inspections and timely closure of compliance-related requirements.
Preferred Candidate Profile
- Graduate / MBA in HR should have 6-8 years of experience in plant HR , Statutory Compliance and Labour Laws with strong hands-on experience in Pharma or manufacturing companies.
- He should be good in Contract Labour Management and related compliance activities.
- He should be good in liaising with Government Bodies and statutory authorities.
- He should be good in understanding and handling the Factories Act, labour laws and statutory compliances.
- He should be good in communication, coordination and problem-solving skills.
- He should be positive in independently handling plant-level HR operations and compliance activities.
