Role Description The Assistant Manager role is a full-time, in office position based at our New Delhi Chanakyapuri location. This role involves overseeing daily showroom operations, supporting senior management in achieving sales targets, and ensuring a premium customer experience aligned with the brand’s standards.

The Assistant

Manager will supervise staff scheduling, workflow, and performance, coordinate visual merchandising and inventory management, and assist in resolving customer queries or service issues.



The role also includes maintaining operational compliance, generating reports and insights for management, and collaborating with internal teams on promotional activities and process improvements.

Qualifications

- Strong customer service and client relationship management skills, with a focus on luxury retail or premium brand environments.
- Proficiency in team supervision, staff coordination, and performance monitoring to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
- Skills in sales support, basic sales analysis, and reporting to help drive store targets and identify growth opportunities.
- Experience with inventory handling, stock reconciliation, and coordination with back-office or supply teams.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with professional grooming and a polished, client-facing demeanor.
- Ability to work on-site in New Delhi, including weekends and peak festive seasons, with strong time management and attention to detail.
- Prior experience in jewellery, fashion, or luxury retail is highly desirable.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Retail Management, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
