We are looking for Assistant Manager Hospital Supply Chain with 5 - 7 years of experience to join our team. The role will involve understanding hospital supply chain processes and working closely with hospital teams to implement, configure and support our HIS/HIMS supply chain solutions. The candidate will work with hospital stakeholders to understand requirements, configure the product, support implementation and ensure effective adoption of the solution.
Key Responsibilities:
- Work closely with hospital procurement, stores, pharmacy and supply chain teams to understand requirements and existing workflows.
- Support the implementation, configuration and testing of HIS/HIMS supply chain modules based on hospital requirements.
- Participate in requirement gathering, process mapping, UAT and solution validation to ensure the system meets business needs.
- Coordinate with Product and Technology teams for issue resolution, enhancements and timely closure of implementation-related requirements.
- Conduct product demonstrations, user training and functional support for hospital users during and after implementation.
- Identify process gaps and improvement opportunities and assist in optimizing hospital supply chain processes through the HIS/HIMS solution.
- Track implementation activities, timelines and deliverables while maintaining proper documentation of requirements, configurations, issues and project updates.
Requirements:
- 5 - 7 years of relevant experience in hospital supply chain, hospital operations, healthcare IT, or HIS/HIMS implementation, with hands-on understanding of procurement and inventory processes.
- Graduate/Post Graduate in Healthcare Management, Hospital Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- Experience in HIS/HIMS/Healthcare IT product implementation, including understanding business requirements and translating them into system/process requirements.
- Solid communication, presentation, stakeholder management, problem-solving and analytical skills, with experience working directly with hospital users.
- Ability to manage multiple implementation activities and priorities, with flexibility to travel to client locations as required.
