Roles and Responsibilities :

- Manage a team of sales professionals to achieve monthly targets in credit card sales, loan sales, and NBFC products.

- Develop and implement strategies to reduce attrition and shrinkage rates while maintaining high service levels.

- Analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) such as AHT, KRA, SLA, and KPI to identify areas for improvement in BFSI operations.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve customer complaints and improve overall customer satisfaction.

Job Requirements :

- 4-15 years of experience in banking sales or related field.

- Solid knowledge of banking products including credit cards, loans, and NBFC services.

- Proven track record in managing teams to achieve sales targets while controlling costs.
