About the Role Mint Capital, Authorized Partner's of Angel One , is looking for an experienced financial services professional with strong expertise in Demat, Stock Broking, Trading and Wealth & Investment Planning to drive business growth and lead a sales team.

Key Responsibilities Drive client acquisition, conversion and revenue growth across Demat, Broking and Wealth products. Possess strong working knowledge of Equity, F&O;, Trading, SIP, Mutual Funds and Insurance .



Handle client relationships and execute appropriate investment and financial product solutions .

Lead, mentor and motivate the sales team to achieve business targets. Conduct product, sales and process training sessions and team development activities. Ensure audit readiness, process discipline, compliance and ethical selling practices .

Take ownership of team performance, business targets and execution . Identify and implement new business opportunities and practical growth strategies .

Ideal

Candidate A proven Stock Broking / Demat / Wealth skilled with strong product knowledge, sales capability, team-handling skills and the ability to convert business opportunities into measurable growth. Candidates meeting the above industry experience criteria will be considered for the role.
