Key Responsibilities

- Plan, coordinate, and monitor day-to-day civil and engineering activities at the project site.

- Ensure execution as per approved drawings, specifications, quality standards, and project timelines.

- Coordinate with consultants, contractors, architects, and internal project teams.

- Monitor RCC, masonry, plastering, waterproofing, finishing, and other construction activities.

- Review drawings and resolve site-related technical issues in coordination with consultants.

- Monitor contractor performance, manpower, materials, and productivity.

- Ensure quality control and adherence to project specifications.

- Verify measurements, quantities,



and contractor bills.

- Coordinate with MEP teams for smooth integration of services.

- Track project progress and highlight delays, risks, and technical issues to the reporting manager.

- Ensure compliance with safety and project procedures.

Desired Skills

- Strong experience in residential project execution.

- Good knowledge of construction methodology, drawings, BOQ, measurements, and quality standards.

- Proficiency in AutoCAD and MS Office.

- Robust contractor and stakeholder management skills.

- Good communication, coordination, and problem-solving abilities.

- Experience with large-scale residential / high-rise projects will be preferred.
