- Development professional with dedicated hands-on experience under the Ministry of Textiles' SAMARTH Scheme (Scheme for Capacity Building in Textile Sector).

Key Responsibilities

- Program Execution: Plan, implement, and monitor end-to-end training batches strictly adhering to SAMARTH guidelines, norms, and operational manuals.

- Manpower Mobilization &
- Development:

Strategize and execute mobilization drives to onboard eligible candidates, develop a skilled workforce pipeline, and ensure required batch strength.

- Portal Management &

- Compliance:

Oversee complete data entry, candidate registration, biometric attendance (AEBAS), assessment scheduling, and certification on the official SAMARTH MIS portal.

- Liaison &

- Coordination:

Act as the primary nodal coordinator between the company, the Ministry of Textiles/Implementing Agencies, Assessment Bodies, and local administrative offices.

- Assessment &

- Placement:

Coordinate third-party assessments, track candidate results,



and ensure post-training placement, on-the-job training (OJT), and wage/retention tracking as per government mandates.

- Documentation &

- Audits:

Maintain physical registers, logbooks, CCTV records, infrastructure compliance, and grant claim documentation; facilitate seamless internal/external audits.

- Internal Training Alignment: Align government scheme objectives with internal shop-floor productivity, quality benchmarks, and safety standards.

Required Qualifications &

- Experience

- Education: Graduate/Postgraduate in Human Resources, Social Work, Business Administration, or related disciplines.

- Experience: 2–5 years of dedicated HR/L&D; experience, with a minimum of 1–2 years directly handling the SAMARTH Scheme.

- Technical Skills: Strong working proficiency in the SAMARTH MIS portal, MS Excel, and biometric reporting tools.

- Competencies: Strong mobilization network, excellent communication skills (Hindi &
- English), and thorough knowledge of compliance/audit handling.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
