Responsibilities:

- System Support: Provide ongoing support for the SAP FM, MM, FI, PS module, addressing any issues or bugs that arise and overview.
- Troubleshooting: Investigate, analyze, and resolve business problems related to other SAP functions.
- User Assistance: Offer ad-hoc training and support to end-users to ensure they can effectively use the SAP PP module.
- Process Improvement: Identify and propose enhancements to improve business processes and system efficiency.
- Documentation: Maintain detailed documentation of system configurations, changes, and user guides.
- Integration: Work closely with other SAP module consultants to ensure seamless integration and functionality across the system.
- Incident Management: Manage and prioritize incidents and service requests, ensuring timely resolution.
- System Monitoring: Regularly monitor the system to ensure optimal performance and identify potential issues before they escalate.
- Users Liaison:



Act as a liaison between the business functions and the technical team, ensuring clear communication and understanding of requirements.
- Updates and Upgrades: Stay updated with the latest SAP modules developments and implement necessary updates and upgrades

Skills Required:

- Technical Expertise: In-depth knowledge of the SAP FM, MM & FI module and its integration with other SAP
- Problem-Solving: Robust analytical skills to troubleshoot and resolve issues efficiently.
