Key Responsibilities

- Independently plan, execute, and monitor greenfield, brownfield, expansion, and renovation projects from concept to commissioning.

- Supervise all civil construction (RCC, industrial buildings, utilities) and architectural finishing works (epoxy flooring, cleanroom panels, waterproofing).

- Oversee Pre-Engineered Building (PEB) executions, structural steel works, and contractor management.

- Manage commercial and billing activities, including BOQ preparation, cost estimation, tendering, and RA bill verification.

- Ensure strict compliance with EHS (Safety) policies, statutory regulations, and stringent pharmaceutical standards (WHO-GMP, USFDA, EU-GMP).

- Monitor project schedules and budgets, coordinating with cross-functional teams (QA, QC, Engineering, HVAC) to ensure constructability and timely delivery.

Required Technical Skills

- Software Proficiency:SAP, AutoCAD, MS Project/Primavera, and MS Office.

- Project Engineering: Quantity surveying, rate analysis, vendor evaluation, and CAPEX budget control.
