Job Summary

We are hiring a Techno-Functional Business Analyst with experience in PMS/AIF or Asset Management operations. The role will act as an interface between Business/Operations teams and IT/Vendors, translating business requirements into functional solutions and supporting successful project execution.

Key Responsibilities

- Act as a bridge between Business/Operations and IT/Vendor teams for techno-functional requirements.
- Gather, analyze and document detailed Business Requirements (BRD).
- Understand existing processes, identify gaps and perform As-Is / To-Be & Gap Analysis.
- Map business processes and workflows end-to-end.
- Coordinate with stakeholders for requirement clarification and project execution.
- Prepare test cases and business scenarios for functional testing.
- Perform detailed User Acceptance Testing (UAT)



and maintain supporting evidence/documentation.
- Identify defects/gaps during testing and coordinate with IT/vendors for resolution and closure.
- Work closely with cross-functional departments to ensure timely completion of assigned projects.
- Apply strong analytical thinking and attention to detail throughout project execution.

Required Skills
- Experience as a Business Analyst / Techno-Functional Analyst / Project Analyst
- Exposure to PMS (Portfolio Management Services) and/or AIF (Alternative Investment Funds)
- Robust experience in UAT and Test Case Preparation
- Business Requirement Gathering & Documentation
- BRD / Functional Documentation
- Gap Analysis
- Process Mapping / Process Flow
- QA / Functional Testing
- Stakeholder Management
- IT/Vendor Coordination
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Asset Management / Investment Management domain exposure preferred
