Experience: 10–13 Years

We are looking for an experienced Assistant Manager – Billing to join our project team at TKM, Sambhajinagar.

Key Responsibilities

Handle end-to-end client and subcontractor billing for the project.

Prepare and verify RA Bills, final bills, measurements, BOQ, and billing documentation.

Conduct quantity verification and ensure billing accuracy as per approved drawings and BOQ.

Prepare variation statements, rate analysis, extra-item claims, and reconciliation statements.

Coordinate with Site Execution, Planning, QS, Accounts, Commercial, and client/consultant teams.

Track bill submission, certification, and closure within defined timelines.

Review subcontractor bills based on actual work executed and approved measurements.

Maintain accurate billing records and commercial documentation.





Candidate Profile

10–13 years of relevant experience in Billing / Quantity Surveying / Commercial functions.

Industrial Project experience is mandatory/preferred, with candidates from the same or similar industry/project sector preferred.

B.E./B.Tech/Diploma in Civil Engineering or equivalent qualification.

Strong knowledge of BOQ, RA Bills, measurements, rate analysis, variations, reconciliation, and final billing.

Robust coordination, analytical, and documentation skills.
