Role Description The Assistant Manager role at Blinkit is a full-time, in office position based in Sonipat.

The Assistant

Manager will oversee daily store and operations activities, including inventory monitoring, order processing, staff coordination, and on-time dispatch of customer orders. This role supports the Manager in tracking performance metrics, implementing process improvements, and maintaining compliance with company policies and safety standards.

Qualifications

- Demonstrated ability in operations management, including inventory control, workflow coordination, and basic data tracking.
- Experience supervising or leading teams, with skills in scheduling, delegation, and performance feedback.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify issues quickly and implement practical solutions.
- Effective communication skills, both verbal and written, and the ability to collaborate with diverse internal and external stakeholders.
- Comfort with using digital tools, spreadsheets, and basic reporting software to monitor operations and performance metrics.
- Ability to work on-site in Sonipat, manage time effectively, and perform in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.
- Relevant experience in retail, e-commerce, logistics, or warehousing is preferred; prior experience in a supervisory or assistant manager role is an advantage.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, operations, supply chain, or a related field is beneficial; equivalent practical experience will also be considered.
