n Role Overview
n We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Assistant Manager- Accounts to oversee daily accounting operations and ensure accurate financial reporting. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in account reconciliation, GST & TDS compliance, and vendor management within the e Commerce industry (mandatory). This role requires excellent analytical skills, accuracy, and the ability to manage multiple financial processes simultaneously.

n Responsibilities
n n Handle client and vendor account reconciliation on a regular basis.
n Manage vendor invoice booking, verification, and posting in accounting systems.
n Oversee payments and related documentation, ensuring timely and accurate disbursal.
n Maintain accurate bookkeeping and ensure up-to-date financial records.
n Perform TDS & GST reconciliation and ensure compliance with tax regulations.
n Assist in GST return filing and coordinate with auditors for statutory submissions.
n Monitor financial transactions, ensuring adherence to accounting standards and company policies.
n Support month-end and year-end closing activities.
n Collaborate with internal departments to resolve reconciliation or invoice discrepancies.

n Requirements
n n BCom degree (mandatory); additional certifications like MCom or CA Inter preferred.
n 2–5 years of accounting experience, preferably in the e Commerce or logistics industry.
n Proficiency in Tally / ERP systems and MS Excel.
n Strong understanding of GST, TDS, and other statutory compliances.
n Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
n Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
n Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
