Assistant General Manager – FTL

Key Responsibilities:

- Drive FTL, PTL, transportation and logistics business across the assigned region.
- Develop new clients and grow business with existing customers.
- Manage end-to-end logistics and transport operations.
- Handle key accounts, transporters, vendors and operational teams.
- Drive revenue growth, business targets and profitability.
- Manage regional/branch operations, fleet movement and service delivery.
- Monitor SLA, TAT, productivity, costs and operational KPIs.
- Lead teams and identify opportunities for business expansion and cost optimisation.

Requirements




- 8+ years of experience in Logistics / Transportation / 3PL / Freight.
- Solid experience in FTL & PTL business and operations.
- Proven experience in business development, client acquisition and revenue growth.
- Experience in regional/branch operations and team management.
- Strong understanding of transportation, freight and logistics processes.
- Excellent communication, negotiation and relationship-management skills.
