Key Responsibilities

- Lead and manage civil construction and project execution for commercial IT Park projects.

- Plan and monitor project activities to ensure timely completion within approved cost, quality, and timelines.

- Coordinate with architects, consultants, contractors, PMC, vendors, and internal project teams.

- Review and approve drawings, specifications, BOQs, method statements, and technical submissions.

- Oversee RCC, structural, masonry, waterproofing, façade, and finishing activities.

- Monitor contractor performance, productivity, manpower, materials, and project progress.

- Ensure execution complies with approved drawings, specifications, quality standards, and statutory requirements.

- Review project schedules, identify delays/risks, and drive corrective actions.

- Monitor measurements, quantities, variations, and contractor bills.





- Coordinate with MEP and other disciplines for smooth integration and execution.

- Lead quality inspections and ensure timely resolution of technical and site issues.

- Drive safety, quality, cost control, and project governance across the site.

- Provide regular project updates, MIS, and progress reports to senior management.

Desired Skills

- Strong experience in commercial / IT Park / Grade-A commercial projects.

- Excellent knowledge of civil construction, project planning, execution, and quality management.

- Strong expertise in RCC, structural works, finishing, façade, and building construction.

- Strong contractor, consultant, and stakeholder management skills.

- Valuable knowledge of BOQ, billing, contracts, cost control, and project scheduling.

- Excellent leadership, communication, decision-making, and problem-solving skills.

- Experience in managing large-scale commercial projects independently will be preferred.
