Role Description The Assistant General Manager is a full time, on-site role based in Puducherry, India. This role supports day-to-day operations, including overseeing booking processes, coordinating with hotel and resort partners, and ensuring service quality and customer satisfaction.

The Assistant General

Manager assists in managing revenue operations, monitoring performance metrics, and collaborating with internal teams on products such as Channel Manager, Booking Engine, and Cloud PMS.

Responsibilities include supervising staff,



resolving operational issues, implementing company policies, and contributing to process improvements. The role also involves reporting to senior management, supporting strategic initiatives, and maintaining professional relationships with key stakeholders.

Qualifications

- Relevant experience in hotel, resort, or travel operations, with knowledge of online booking platforms and hospitality services.
- Strong skills in operations management, team supervision, and stakeholder coordination.
- Ability to work with hospitality technology solutions such as Channel Manager, Booking Engine, and Property Management Systems (PMS).
- Competence in data analysis, reporting, and basic revenue management concepts.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
- Proficiency in English; knowledge of regional languages in South India is an advantage.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Demonstrated problem-solving skills and a collaborative approach to working with cross-functional teams.
