About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Assistant Director of Sales to lead sales operations, manage sales teams, develop market strategies, achieve revenue targets, and drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead and manage the sales team to achieve targets
- Develop sales strategies and expand market presence
- Identify new business opportunities and generate qualified leads
- Recruit, train, and mentor sales professionals
- Manage key clients and business relationships
- Track sales performance, pipeline, and revenue
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth operations




- Prepare sales reports and provide regular updates to management

Requirements

- 15+ years of experience in field sales
- Strong experience in sales leadership and team management
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills
- Strong business development and market expansion experience
- Willingness to travel as required
- Experience in solar, renewable energy, electrical, construction, real estate, or related industries will be preferred

Qualification

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
