Key Responsibilities: •

- Lead and manage the sales team to achieve targets •
- Develop sales strategies and expand market presence •
- Identify new business opportunities and generate qualified leads •
- Recruit, train, and mentor sales professionals •
- Manage key clients and business relationships •
- Track sales performance, pipeline, and revenue •

- Prepare sales reports and provide regular updates to management Requirements: • 15+ years of experience in field sales •
