Role Description This is a full time, on-site Assistant Cook role based in Nashik.

The Assistant

Cook will support the head cook and kitchen team in daily food preparation across Yoova’s brands, including cloud kitchen, café, and dessert offerings.

Responsibilities include preparing ingredients, following recipes and portion standards, assisting in cooking and plating, and ensuring consistent taste and quality.



The role involves maintaining kitchen hygiene, organizing storage, handling basic equipment safely, and supporting inventory checks.

The Assistant

Cook will also help during peak service hours, coordinate with serving staff, and follow all food safety and cleanliness guidelines.

Qualifications

- Foundational culinary skills in basic cooking techniques, ingredient preparation, and following standardized recipes.
- Understanding of food hygiene, safety practices, and kitchen cleanliness, including proper handling and storage.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced kitchen environment, follow instructions, and collaborate with the culinary team.
- Strong time management, attention to detail, and willingness to learn health-focused and low-calorie menu concepts.
- Prior experience as an assistant cook, commis chef, or kitchen helper in a restaurant, café, or cloud kitchen is preferred.
- Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and peak hours as required by operations.
- Basic educational qualification; formal culinary training or certification is an advantage.
