Position: Assistant Manager - Collections
Location: Electronic City, Bangalore
Industry: Domestic Banking / BPO
Process: Outbound Collections
Eligibility:
- Graduate (mandatory)
- Experience in collections, banking collections, recovery, or outbound customer service preferred
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Experience handling delinquent accounts and payment follow-ups
Salary:
- Up to 6.5 LPA (based on experience and interview performance)
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle outbound collection calls to customers
- Follow up on overdue payments and resolve customer queries
- Meet collection and productivity targets
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions
- Ensure compliance with collection policies and banking guidelines
Preferred Profile:
- Collections/Recovery experience in Banking, NBFC, or BPO
- Valuable negotiation and customer handling skills
- Comfortable working in target-driven environments
