As an Assistant Clinical Project Manager within our Medical Imaging business, you will play a key role in supporting the successful delivery of clinical studies by coordinating project activities, managing documentation, communicating with sponsors and sites, and partnering with cross-functional teams to ensure study milestones are achieved. What You'll Be Doing
- Support Clinical Project Managers in the planning, startup, execution, monitoring, and closeout phases of medical imaging studies.
- Develop, maintain, and organize project-related documentation, reports, presentations, and study materials.
- Review and edit project presentations, status reports, and client-facing communications to ensure accuracy and consistency.
- Participate in project meetings, conference calls, training sessions, and cross-functional discussions to support project execution.
- Review and interpret study protocols and project requirements to support operational readiness and study compliance.
- Serve as a liaison between project teams and cross-functional departments to facilitate timely completion of study deliverables.
- Monitor project activities and communicate study needs, risks, issues,
and progress updates to project leadership.
- Support project finance activities, including documentation updates resulting from scope changes, invoice reconciliation follow-up, and forecasting reports.
- Monitor internal workflows and data flow processes to ensure project tasks are completed within agreed timelines.
- Respond to client and stakeholder inquiries in a professional, timely, and customer-focused manner.
- Communicate project status updates to clients, sponsors, sites, and internal stakeholders.
- Verify protocol-specific imaging requirements and ensure discrepancies or queries are appropriately identified and escalated.
- Support issue tracking, client concern resolution, and follow-up activities to ensure timely project execution.
- Coordinate the distribution, management, and tracking of site-facing materials and study-related logistics.
- Serve as acting Project Manager in the absence of the assigned Clinical Project Manager when required.
- Contribute to process improvement initiatives and provide recommendations that enhance operational efficiency and study delivery.
- Ensure compliance with Good Clinical Practice (GCP), International Council for Harmonisation (ICH) guidelines, FDA regulations, company procedures, and study-specific requirements.
What We Look For
- Associate degree required; Bachelor's degree preferred in Life Sciences, Healthcare,
Clinical Research, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in pharmaceutical development, clinical trials, clinical research, healthcare, medical imaging, or a related industry.
- Understanding of clinical research processes, drug development, and clinical trial operations preferred.
- Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Teams.
- Excellent organizational, time management, prioritization, and multitasking skills.
- Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills with the ability to communicate effectively in English.
- Detail-oriented with strong documentation, follow-up, and quality review capabilities.
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively within cross-functional and global teams.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to manage competing priorities and changing business needs.
- Proactive, customer-focused, and results-oriented approach to project support and delivery.
- Experience supporting medical imaging, healthcare, or clinical technology programs is preferred.
- Ability to maintain professionalism, adaptability, and a positive attitude in a fast-paced environment.
