Position Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our Audit & Assurance team. The ideal candidate will possess extensive public accounting experience with a strong technical background in auditing and SSARS engagements. This individual must demonstrate strong leadership, analytical, and project management abilities, while thriving in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead and manage audit and assurance engagements in accordance with professional standards.
- Oversee multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely completion and high-quality deliverables.
- Provide technical expertise and guidance in specialized industries such as:

- Government

- Single Audit
- Not-for-Profit

- Employee Benefit Plan

- Construction

- Healthcare
- Anticipate client needs, adapt to changing project scopes, and proactively drive engagement progress.
- Identify and resolve complex accounting and auditing issues through sound qualified judgment.




- Collaborate effectively across teams to support firm-wide objectives and initiatives.
- Mentor and develop staff, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and professional growth.

Qualifications:

- Chartered Certification required (e.g., CPA, ACA, CA, or equivalent).
- Minimum of seven (7) years of public accounting experience, specifically in Audit and SSARS engagements.
- Demonstrated experience working with clients in at least one of the preferred industries listed above.
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver under tight deadlines.
- Strong conceptual thinking and analytical problem-solving skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities with strong interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated and capable of working independently while driving change and innovation.
