Role & responsibilities
- Responsible for ensuring the achievement of sales targets (LAP) for self as well as his Team.
- Driving team for generating prospective direct sales leads (No DSA sourcing, only direct)
- Team will be responsible for making cold calls & generating leads from database.
- Coordinating with underwriting team for processing of application
Preferred candidate profile
- Thorough understanding of Secured loan, Lap.
- The candidate should have ability to handle his team independently.
- The candidate must have experience into cold calling.
- The candidate must have good Interpersonal Skills and Personality.
- Ability to effectively Understand & communicate the product.
- Good interpersonal, relationship management, customer service, and rapport building skills.
- Ability to prioritize, multi-task, delegate, and proactively resolve problems.
- Positive knowledge of local language
