n Role Description We are looking for a responsible and detail-oriented Assistant Accountant to join our team. The role involves supporting day-to-day accounting operations, maintaining accurate financial records, assisting with GST and other statutory documentation, bank reconciliations, invoicing, and coordination with the Accounts team.

n We are looking for someone who is organised, accurate with numbers, comfortable with accounting software and Excel,



and willing to learn and take ownership of routine accounting responsibilities .

n Qualifications

n n Foundational accounting knowledge and experience with bookkeeping, ledgers, and financial record maintenance.

n Proficiency in MS Excel and familiarity with accounting or ERP software for data entry and reporting.

n Strong attention to detail, numerical accuracy, and the ability to work with structured processes and deadlines.

n Good communication and collaboration skills for coordinating with internal teams, vendors, and auditors.

n Ability to work in office in Ludhiana in a full-time capacity and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

n Educational background in Accounting, Finance, Commerce, or a related field (e.g., B. Com or equivalent) preferred.

n Prior experience in an accounting support role is an advantage; familiarity with Indian tax and compliance requirements is beneficial.
