About Us Jain Gyan and Co. is a Chartered Accountancy firm based in Jaipur, providing services in GST compliance, income tax filing, TDS/TCS, PF & ESIC statutory compliance, MCA/ROC filings, and financial documentation for clients across Rajasthan. We are looking for motivated trainees to join our team and build a strong foundation in practical accounting and taxation work.
Position Overview We are hiring Accounts Assistants for a training program under the guidance of a senior Chartered Accountant. This is an excellent opportunity for freshers or students to gain hands-on exposure to real client work in GST, Income Tax, TDS, and statutory compliance.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in preparation and filing of GST returns (GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, etc.)
- Support in Income Tax Return (ITR) preparation and filing for individuals and businesses
- Help with TDS return filing and reconciliation (Form 26Q, 24Q)
- Assist in PF/ESIC compliance work, including ECR generation
- Support in preparation of financial statements and basic bookkeeping
- Data entry and documentation for client files
- Coordinate with clients for collection of documents and information
- Assist senior staff with MCA/ROC filing work as required
Candidate Requirements
- Graduate/Pursuing graduation in Commerce (B.Com) or related field
- Basic knowledge of accounting principles and MS Excel
- CA/CS Inter (Articleship not required) or CMA students may also apply
- Freshers are welcome; no prior work experience necessary
- Willingness to learn and work under guidance
- Good communication skills (Hindi and English)
