Role Description The Assembly Engineer role is a full-time, on-site position based in Bhiwadi .

The Assembly

Engineer will be responsible for overseeing mechanical and electrical assembly of BLDC motors and related components, ensuring adherence to design specifications, safety standards, and quality requirements. Day-to-day tasks include interpreting engineering drawings, coordinating with design and production teams, troubleshooting assembly issues, and optimizing assembly processes for efficiency and reliability. The role involves monitoring line performance, supporting new product introductions, maintaining documentation,



and contributing to continuous improvement initiatives in manufacturing and automation.

The Assembly

Engineer will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to meet production targets and support customized solutions for diverse customer applications.

Qualifications

- Candidates must have ability to work on automatic lines.
- Candidates should possess working knowledge of Electronics relevant to BLDC motors and related control systems.
- Candidates should possess familiarity with Automation and manufacturing process optimization in a production environment.
- Relevant diploma or degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Mechatronics Engineering, or a closely related field.
- Experience in motor manufacturing, electrical appliances, or similar industrial settings is highly beneficial.
- Strong problem-solving abilities, attention to detail, and capability to work safely in a rapid-paced on-site environment.
- Effective communication and teamwork skills to collaborate with production, quality, and R&D; teams
