Role & responsibilities
- Manage and enhance the Aspire Banking customer portfolio.
- Acquire current customers and upgrade eligible customers to Aspire Banking.
- Drive CASA, deposits, fee income and other banking product targets.
- Cross-sell banking products including investments, insurance, loans and mutual funds.
- Ensure excellent customer service, complaint resolution and TAT adherence.
- Maintain KYC, AML, compliance and audit standards while achieving business targets.
