We are looking for a driven and accountable Artist Manager with a strong focus on sales and generating bookings across our entire artist roster.

The role involves generating leads, pitching artists, closing deals, managing client relationships, driving revenue, and ensuring timely payments. In addition, you will handle the *operations and logistics of assigned artists based on business requirements.

This is an end-to-end ownership role suited to someone who is sales-driven, proactive, organized, and accountable.

Key Responsibilities

Sales & Bookings

- Generate leads and drive bookings across the entire artist roster.
- Identify and approach clubs, venues, corporates, event companies, promoters, wedding planners, and private clients.
- Pitch relevant artists, negotiate fees, and close bookings.
- Build strong client and venue relationships and drive repeat business.
- Manage the sales pipeline and work towards booking and revenue targets.
- Handle the booking process from enquiry through confirmation and payment collection.
- Follow up on outstanding payments and ensure timely collections.

Artist Operations

- Manage the day-to-day operations and logistics of the assigned artists.
- Coordinate travel, accommodation, transportation, hospitality, schedules, and event requirements.




- Coordinate between artists, clients, venues, production teams, and internal teams.
- Handle last-minute requirements and ensure smooth execution of shows.

Weekend & Event Responsibilities
- Active availability on weekends is mandatory.
- Coordinate with artists, clients, and venues during weekends when required.
- Travelling on the weekend for shows may be required.
- Flexibility in working hours is expected around events.

What We're Looking For

- 2–4 years of experience in sales, business development, artist management, events, nightlife, entertainment, or hospitality.
- Strong sales, negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
- Proven ability to generate leads, follow up, and close deals.
- Highly organized with strong ownership and accountability.
- Comfortable working with sales and revenue targets.
- Ability to manage artist operations alongside sales responsibilities.
- Comfortable working evenings/weekends and travelling for shows when required.
- Positive knowledge of Excel/Google Sheets.
- Existing industry relationships is an advantage but not a requirement.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
