AI Developer

We're building an AI-driven digital twin and avatar visualization system for personalized therapy planning — a first-of-its-kind project in rehabilitation technology. We're looking interest driven AI developers who want to work on something real, not another dashboard.

What matters to us

● No formal qualification required. We care about what you've built, not your degree.

● Experience doesn't matter. A strong project matters more than years on a resume.

● You genuinely want to work in healthcare AI — this isn't a side interest for us, and it shouldn't be for you.

The one thing you must have

● At least one hands-on healthcare AI project involving sensors, biomechanics, kinematics, or kinetics — motion capture, wearable IMU data, gait analysis, EMG, pose estimation, or similar movement/physiological data. This is non-negotiable; everything else is not.

Valuable to have (not required)

● Familiarity with musculoskeletal modeling (OpenSim, AnyBody,



or similar)

● Pose estimation experience (MediaPipe, OpenPose)

● Python ML stack — PyTorch, TensorFlow, or scikit-learn

● Any exposure to digital twin or predictive modeling concepts

What you'll work on

● Building the predictive models behind a patient's digital twin

● Turning movement and biomechanical data into a working recovery model

● Contributing to the avatar visualization pipeline patients and clinicians will actually use
