About the Role

We are looking for a hands-on AI Engineer with 3–5 years of experience in Python, Computer Vision, Generative AI, and VLM/LLM technologies to join our AI engineering team. The ideal candidate will have experience building real-world AI solutions from concept to deployment and a strong understanding of how AI capabilities are integrated into products and applications.

Exposure to product development and the end-to-end product lifecycle will be an advantage, as the role involves working closely with product, engineering, and business teams.

Key Responsibilities

- Design, develop, and deploy AI/ML solutions using Python and modern AI frameworks.
- Build and optimize Computer Vision solutions for real-world business and product use cases.
- Work with Generative AI, LLMs, and Vision-Language Models (VLMs) to develop intelligent applications.
- Develop multimodal AI solutions involving image understanding, document intelligence, visual reasoning, or related use cases.
- Experiment with AI models, architectures, prompts, embeddings, and inference approaches to identify effective solutions.
- Integrate LLM/VLM capabilities into applications, workflows, and AI-powered products.




- Develop prototypes and POCs and take successful solutions towards production deployment.
- Work on model evaluation, performance optimization, accuracy improvement, latency reduction, and scalability.
- Collaborate with Product Managers, Software Engineers, Data Engineers, and other stakeholders to translate business requirements into AI solutions.
- Participate in the complete AI product development lifecycle—ideation, experimentation, development, testing, deployment, monitoring, and continuous improvement.
- Stay current with emerging developments in GenAI, LLMs, VLMs, Computer Vision, multimodal AI, and AI engineering.
- Contribute to technical design discussions and recommend appropriate AI models, tools, frameworks, and architectures.

Required Skills

- 3–5 years of hands-on experience in AI/ML engineering or a closely related role.
- Strong programming experience in Python.
- Strong understanding and hands-on experience in Computer Vision.
- Practical experience with Generative AI and LLM/VLM-based applications.
- Experience with AI/ML frameworks and libraries such as PyTorch, TensorFlow, OpenCV, Hugging Face, LangChain, or equivalent.
- Understanding of LLM/VLM concepts, model selection, inference, prompting, embeddings, RAG, and model evaluation.
- Experience working with APIs and integrating AI models into applications.
- Good software engineering fundamentals including Git, APIs, debugging, testing, and deployment practices.

Preferred / Good-to-Have Skills

- Experience developing or contributing to AI-powered products.
- Understanding of the end-to-end product development lifecycle.




- Experience taking AI solutions from POC → MVP → Production.
- Exposure to cloud platforms such as Azure, AWS, or GCP.
- Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD, or other deployment technologies.
- Exposure to multimodal AI, Vision-Language Models, Document AI, OCR, image/video analytics, or intelligent automation.
- Experience with AI model serving, optimization, monitoring, or MLOps.
- Familiarity with databases, vector databases, embeddings, and RAG architectures.

Ideal Candidate Profile A strong candidate would typically have experience in one or more of the following areas: Computer Vision + GenAI, VLM/LLM applications, multimodal AI, Document Intelligence, AI product development, image/video analytics, intelligent automation, or AI-powered applications.

The candidate should demonstrate meaningful hands-on implementation experience rather than only academic projects, certifications, or theoretical AI/ML exposure.
